Terms and Conditions of the Radius Rewards Card

1. Radius Rewards cards can be used at any Radius Pharmacy.
2. Radius Rewards points will be earned for purchases made at all Radius Pharmacies, including prescriptions.
3. $1 = 1 point, 75 points issues a $5 Radius Rewards voucher.
4. Up to two $5 Radius Rewards vouchers can be redeemed per sale and are non transferable.
5. Radius Rewards vouchers can be redeemed on all products and services except over the counter medicines, prescription medicines, lotto and other voucher or coupon purchases, or online.
6. The customer can opt out of the scheme at any time by either emailing or phoning the store that they originally registered with .
7. Radius Rewards cards are available for individuals only, not organizations or groups.
8. Radius Rewards vouchers will expire 3 months from issue.
9. Radius Pharmacy reserves the right to exclude some promotions/products from accumulating points.
10. Radius Rewards will not be earnt on Radius vouchers.
11. No change will be given on the Radius Rewards voucher.
12. Radius Pharmacy reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation, or terminate the scheme at any time.
