A runny nose, sneezes, sinus congestion, watery eyes, a sore throat – if these symptoms seem to strike you at the same time of year, year after year, you may well be suffering from a seasonal allergy such as hayfever. Of course, not all allergies are seasonal; if you start sneezing every time a cat walks into the room, then you've probably already worked out where the root of your problem lies.
