Shipping and Delivery Information

In New Zealand:
A $5.95 delivery fee applies to all orders unless otherwise stated including rural delivery within New Zealand. If a free freight day is advertised all customers who are on our newsletter list will be notified. Orders over $100 are entitled to FREE delivery within New Zealand. Delivery is within 3 working days of Courier pickup. If your order is to be delayed we will notify you, and let you know when to expect delivery. You are able to track the progress of your order, via the link in your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders:
For orders containing 1 item the prices are:
Australia: $7.95
Rest of world: $14.95
For orders containing multiple items the prices are:
Australia: $11.95
Rest of world: $24.95
NOTE: Packages exceeding 2kg in weight will attract an additional freight charge. Our staff will contact you to confirm the amount of the additional freight charge. Due to fraud issues Radius Reserves the right to cancel orders to specific countries including those in Africa. An email notification will be sent if your order is cancelled.
Postage will be charged at the current New Zealand Post rate. Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days to most destinations, from receipt of payment. For more information, and shipment estimate times visit www.nzpost.co.nz.
Certain countries have restrictions on what products are allowed to be imported. Please check with your local customs office as to what products can be ordered from New Zealand.
All international orders are sent by airmail and do not have a tracking number unless over the value of $200.
Radius Pharmacy will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for any items that are shipped overseas and are prohibited items for that country. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order does not contain any prohibited or restricted items and you should check with the customs and/or quarantine authority of the country concerned before placing your order. Many of these organisations have informative websites.
Radius Pharmacy reserve the right to exercise professional judgment and prevent supply of any medicine likely to constitute a hazard to health, or the supply of excessive or unnecessary quantities, especially when product known to have abuse potential. Supply of Prescription Medicines:
New Zealand law requires us to receive an original prescription from a New Zealand registered Medical Practitioner before we can dispense prescription medicines. New Zealand pharmacies are prohibited from supplying prescription medicines offshore. Radius Pharmacy complies with the Privacy Act 1993. Customers' medical and personal details and prescription records are private and confidential. They cannot be accessed by any other party.
We are continually developing this site, and in the future will automate the prescription fulfilment process. In the meantime, if you have a prescription you wish to have us dispense please call 0508 22 88 22 and we will discuss this process and provide pricing for you. Our pharmacists are available from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Please note you may need to leave a message if our pharmacist is conducting a consultation.
