Dettol is recommended for treating cuts, scratches, abrasions, insect bites, minor burns, sunburn, sore lips, minor skin infections, chapped roughened hands and cracked itchy skin. Dettol assists in the treatment of wounds by fighting infection and helping prevent re-infection. Dettol contains two powerful antiseptic ingredients in a gentle formulation and incorporates Almond Oil to soothe and moisturise the skin.

| Dosage/Usage | For use as a gentle antiseptic on the skin to kill germs: Prepare 1:20 dilution using 30ml (approx. 3 caps full) of Dettol Liquid in 600ml of water. Liberally cleanse the area with cotton wool saturated with diluted Dettol Antiseptic Liquid until the area is wiped clean. Discard any unused mixture. Dry and apply soothing Dettol Antiseptic Cream for prolonged antibacterial effect. |
