| Dosage/Usage | Do not give to children under 12 years. This product should only be taken when necessary. It is important to drink plenty of fluids when suffering from colds and flu. For oral use: Dissolve in a mug of hot but not boiling water. Stir until dissolved. If preferred sweeten to taste with sugar, honey or your usual sweetener. For adults and children 12 years and over, dissolve one Lemsip Cold & Flu sachet in a mug of hot but not boiling water Dose may be repeated in 4 to 6 hours, do not take more than four sachets in a total of 24 hours. If the symptoms of your cold or flu persist for more than three days, or worsen, consult your pharmacist. Do not exceed the stated dose: Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage. |
