| Dosage/Usage | Use Nizoral shampoo twice a week for the first two to four weeks. Wet hair and pour a little shampoo into the palm of your hand (about the size of a ten cent piece for short hair). Massage well into the scalp (you can even use Nizoral as your second wash after an ordinary shampoo). Allow Nizoral to penetrate the scalp by leaving it on for 3 - 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. |
