Chicken Pox

Chicken pox is a viral infection that causes a red, itchy rash, which develops into blisters that burst, causing crusting and sores. It usually first appears on the stomach or back and face, and then spreads to almost everywhere else on the body, including the nose, ears and genitals. Chicken pox usually lasts 7 to 10 days in most children.
